It's not helpful if you value your skin or your teeth. 1st of all, the bleach will severely dry out your skin or cause a rash, and if you ingest too much bleach, it could be toxic. So, you may want to try a different method.
Can taking a bath or brushing your teeth with bleach be helpful?
I would not use bleach. By a Baking soda and Peroxide toothpaste. That is better in my opinion
Reply:I don't think I am following what you are trying to ask. As far as (laundry) bleach goes, I would not recommend using it to brush your teeth. Are you trying to whiten them? If so, there are over the counter bleaching agents (pastes, strips, gels, etc.) that will help to brighten your smile, although many are only temporary and offer minimal results. A trip to the dentist will help to gain a whiter smile, but I do not believe such a proceedure is covered by insurance, therefore, it can be quite costly. It sounds like you might be trying to kill germs and bacteria. Frequent brushing and flossing will help to prevent plaque build up and subsequent decay. Dental cleanings will also over relief so that germs cannot harbor themselves in the plaque between your teeth.
You totally lost me on the taking the bath part. Taking a bath will relieve odor and minimize/eradicate dirt and germs, but it will do nothing to promote the health of your teeth and gums, nor will it whiten them. Taking a bath with bleach is not recommended. It will severly burn, as well as, dry out your skin. I wouldn't recommend bleach with respect to dental hygiene or using it to bathe with.
Reply:bleach is bad for your skin let alone your mouth!
Reply:DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH BLEACH!!! It's toxic!!!!!
Reply:I really hope your kidding. Bleach is not good for any use on or in your body. Maybe you heard about people using peroxide to brush with. This also is not the best idea but not as harmful as bleach would be. What is the reason that you would want to use this on your skin or mouth?
