Bleach kills tissue. The bleaching kits that you get in the store are not bleach, it is hydrogen peroxide.

Reply:No, you'd get chemical burns on your gums, the enamel would likely dissolve, you'd be poisoned, and they'd probably fall out. Did you really need telling this?

Reply:yeah and you might end up in the hospital. at the very least you will burn your mouth. dont try it. use only whiting products that are intended tobe in your mouth. read the bottle of bleach, not to be taken internally

Bleach is way to strong and it will also damage the surface of your teeth. They could become porous causing them to get stained more quickly and subject to decay.





The bleach might also give you serious stomach upsets at best or kill you at worst.
Reply:the peroxide in whitening toothpaste or teeth whitening kits is pretty much the same thing as bleach. But if you injested the bleach that you would use to wash clothes with (for example) you would either kill yourself or get violently ill and throw up, which would then yellow your teeth and defeat the purpose of using the bleach in the first place. So stick to white strips! (because you need more than 2-3 mins exposure to the peroxide to whiten your teeth!)

Reply:Don't use bleach when you brush your teeth. That's dangerous, instead of that you can use pure peroxide. Just try and not swallow any of it. I use it on a daily basis and it helps keep my teeth white.

Reply:no you would most likely mess up your teeth and gums, get really sick if not die since bleach is a poisen and is not suitable for human digestion. use crest whitening strips they work, or the whitening mouth wash. and there is also going to the denist but that is a wee bit more expensive.
Reply:Bleach is poison and should never be put in your mouth, under any circumstances. The best thing to do is to notify your dentist, and he can either recommend something, or you can have your teeth whitened, by a dental hygentist in his office.
