How do i bleach my teeth at home?

Ive been reading some articles about teeth whitening and i want my teeth to be shiny white but i cannot be bothered spending thousands of pounds or spending anything lol. Is there anyway i can do it at home without buying anything ??

believe it or not........baking soda works wonders. dampen your tooth brush and dip it in baking soda and brush away. and brush your teeth several times a day with this solution and you will see whiter teeth in no time.

in boots(.com) they have a teeth whitening items, i bought a stick thing which was like lip gloss with two sides and that worked a bit and cost £9.99
Reply:If you dont want to try toothpaste, you can use food grade HYdrogen Peroxide (h2O2) available in boots. Be sure to water it down. This stuff is good for many things, both my grandparents take 2 spoonfuls first thing in the morning like medicine, it is good for keeping the insides clean. and loads of other stuff as mentioned.
Reply:You first need gum guards moulded to your teeth (from the sports shop), from the chemist you need hydrogen peroxide, from the grocer you need baking soda. Mix equal parts of the two into a stiff paste, put the mix in the gum Shields and put on your teeth for 20 minutes. This is a variation of what the dentist will charge you 100s for.
Reply:definitely dip your toothbrush in peroxide best way ever...not too much though or it will create too much foam...for further bleaching create a mixture of baking soda and peroxide and youre good to go
Reply:I bought some whitening toothpaste once and used it a few times. My daughter in law(to be) came round and I mentioned it to her. She said not to use it as she saw someone who had-it had caused the front two teeth to become almost transparent. It took all the enamel off and weakened them. It is best to ask around before using the bleach I think.
Reply:some may find this odd but i was watching oprah about 2 years ago had some dentist specialist on her show on do it your slef dental and they said that f you buy MR.CLEAN magic erasor $3.99 and tear of a small piece wet it and then wipe your teeth vigorusly with it it will whiten them up signifigantly then brush immediatly afterwards my husband had a big yellow stain on his two front teeth before our wedding from smoking and i tryed it and you wouldnt even know he had a stain so maybe you could try it its good for Tons of other thing removes nail polish everything hope this helps even though it is a little bizzare but OPRAH said it so cant be that bad other wise im sure someone would have sued her by now for it
Reply:You don't need to spend over 100 pound sterlings on teeth whitening. You can do things at home, but they aren't as effective as some other ways.





For example don't rub orange or lemon peel against your teeth like many people recommend. The reason this method "works" because rubbing the peel will wear off the front layer of your teeth. So your teeth will be thinner and weaker. Real teeth whitening doesn't have this weakening effect.
