How do u bleach your teeth?
This must be done by a dentist who has bleaching machine.
the procedure is very simple. the dentist will rub a special kind of gel all over your teeth and treat them with a special light coming out of bleaching machine. the whole thing takes about 15 minutes. after this is done, your teeth will remain white for a couple of years. good luck.
