How much does it cost to get teeth bleached without insurance?
if you%26#039;re talking about the bleaching kits provided by the dentist (where they make an actual mold of your teeth and give it to you to use at home), that wasn%26#039;t even covered by my insurance, even though i HAD insurance.

it cost $500 even. sigh.
Reply:There is this zoom whitening and thats about $400 .. its an hour at the dentist and they put stuff on your teeth and use a bright light to make your teeth white. drastically changes it whiter
Reply:99.9% of insurance companies do not cover bleaching, ever. sorry. however, if you want to bleach your teeth you should try the Crest White Strips. Your teeth will brighten up a shade or maybe just a half shade. Every tooth is different and some teeth bleach better than others. If your teeth have a shade of gray or brown then they most likely will not change dramatically. if the color of your teeth is more on a yellow/orange side then they will bleach better. If you have filings on your front teeth, be careful, because the tooth structure around those fillings will change but not the filling. then you will have areas on the teeth that look like dark spots.

Bleach from a dental office typically costs anywhere from 200 to 400$. this is for the gel that you take home and put in a custom made tray for two weeks. if you want to laser bleach (which i don%26#039;t suggest), it typically runs about 500-800$ depending on where you go. my advice is, if you don%26#039;t have any fillings in the front teeth, then try the crest white strips. if you do have fillings there talk to your DDS first. just ask. some offices even offer free bleaching w/your first visit. good luck!
