Depends on your habits. If you were a smoker, or a coffee drinker or whatever before you went to the dentist, and you still continue to maintain those habits, then the bleaching won%26#039;t last as long. But it should last with proper upkeep for 2 years.

6 weeks usually. and I have Zoom performed regularly. My dentist provides me a follow up kit to take home - free of charge. All I had to pay for was the Zoom in the office and the bleaching trays.
