Yes, your dentist can do it, and it should cost about $200-$300. Or so I%26#039;ve heard.
How much is it to get your teeth bleached white? and can my dentist do it?
get white strips
Reply:depends where you live, depends on what your insurance will pay... %26amp; dentist usually do this. Open wide!
Reply:Save your money and do it yourself for pennies. Just take some Hydrogen Peroxide (about $1.00 for a whole bottle) and Baking Soda (about .75) mix a small amount of both together into a paste. Brush with that for about a week or two. Then go back to regular toothpaste and alternate when needed between the two.
Reply:I asked my dentist about this.
It costs over $200 and should only been done after you%26#039;ve had a routine checkup. Mine required a bunch of cleaning appts before I could even think about doing this.
Then she said, that the kits sold in the store, produce the exact same results at a fraction of the price. One of her clients had come in with her teeth all nice and white, and the dentist knew she didn%26#039;t do it, so she asked her. and found out it was the whiteneing kit.
I haven%26#039;t tried the kit yet, still waiting to get all the initial cleaning done thoroughly.

Reply:DON%26#039;T LET YOUR DENTIST DO IT!
When you bleach your teeth at a dental office, you are paying for the bleach AND your dentist%26#039;s time! This SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASES the cost of the treatment, AND, it is not a better bleaching method than store-bought bleach kits!
