Bleach?? Please tell me you are referring to whitening strips or some other product purchased in the dental care section of your local store. If you are referring to the bleach that you whiten your clothing with also know as sodium hypocloride...do not use it in your mouth. This can cause massive tissue damage, and even death if you ingest it. Not a pleasant death, severe chemical burns internally..The answer is NO!!!

Reply:instead of bleach try swirling your toothbrush around in a cup of baking soda before brushing. I've heard this makes your teeth alot shinier and whiter.

Dental bleach is not the same as laundry bleach. Dental bleach is 25-45% hydrogen proixide. and its a gel so it doestn run all over your mouth.

Ok, in review, and you know I like to do that...Dental Bleach is a Yes, it is a good thing to whiten teeth! Laundry Bleach or Clorox is a NO, it's not a good thing!

Reply:use peroxide. put a liitle bit in a cup and mix a little bit of water with it and swish it around in your mouth after you brush your teeth. just make sure not to swallow. if you think you might.. dip your tooth brush in pure peroxide and brush with that. and rinse your mouth good afterwards. it works great!

Don't even think about it. Bleach (i.e. sodium hypochlorite) is toxic stuff. We use it to irrigate the inside of teeth during root canals because it readily kills and disintegrates living tissue.





We inject it carefully into the tooth.





It's not for whitening your teeth.
Reply:Bleach will blister your mouth and gums, don't do it. If you have to brush with baking soda or rinse with a solution of hydrogen peroxide (used for cleaning cuts) and water, mostly water. Or go to the store and buy a product specifically meant for whitening teeth.

The active ingredient in tooth whiteners is hydrogen peroxide (and often carbamide peroxide). I know that they call it "bleaching the teeth" but chlorine bleach is NOT involved.
Reply:There is different percentages and types of bleach you can purchase from your dentist. You need bleaching trays for this and get 15%, and never go any higher than 20% or you will be in some pain. Under a microscope a tooth that is being bleached the pours are open to allow your tooth to get lighter. So while your are bleaching definitely stay away from the coffee because it can actually make them darker, the pop isn't good either but I haven't had too much of a problem with that.

Actually when you think of the two concepts of reincarnation, and intelligent life on other planets in other galaxies, would it really be so far fetched to combine the two concepts together? Perhaps your friend identifies with being a more advanced soul from another planet who was reincarnated on earth. Look around you. Humans are insane. It's not so crazy to not want to identify with the stupid stuff they do.





I would tell her to look into Asperger's Syndrome. That is a mild form of Autism. This is not an insult. They are very intelligent people. It is commonly speculated that Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla were Aspies. That is a nickname for Asperger's Syndrome and it is in the spectrum of Autism. This is not a psychological problem. When you are like this, you can be so gifted, that 'normal' people can't understand what your gifts are. If she would search for "Asperger's" and "Autistics" on the internet, she will be able to find other people who identify the same way. It is such a relief to find that and to realize that there are others to relate to. No more pressure of trying to fit into the expectations of what people expect you to be. When I found this, for the first time in my life, I found a group I actually fit into.





I am myself am an Aspie. If she wants to, I would like to chat with her. I hope you pass this on. She deserves to look into this for the possibility that she will be able to finally find her tribe.
