What if you used the strips for more than just 2 weeks?

Do you really need "in office" bleach to get your teeth super white?
Just use the whitning strips, the "in office" bleach costs WAY to much.
Reply:A lot of ppl do not know or realize this,but everyone has their own level of tooth whiteness just like we have our hair color!


Take two ppl who have brushed %26amp; flossed daily all their lives %26amp; eaten %26amp; drank the same food.One's teeth will be whiter than the other's anyway,so it doesn't matter.Use the store bought crap!

but i just use crest white strips but they kill your gums
Reply:not really, it depends on the enamel that is already on your teeth, if you smoke or drink coffee also stains teeth. There is whitning toothpaste you can use.
Reply:It can b done at home but care has to b taken otherwise the teeth become too sensitive due to over-whitening which affects the enamel and makes the teeth appear grey instead of white. Try at-home crest white strips. follow the instructions carefully. Stick to the # of times ur supposed to apply...DONT OVER-DO IT.
Reply:white strips and trays strip away your enamel which actually hurts your teeth a lot try using baking soda just put a little in your hand wet your tooth brush and dip it in the baking soda then just brush like you woould with toothpaste (except for the nasty taste)
