Don't throw away your money on crest white strips or dental bleach treatments. All you need is a regular bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide to get the same results. Start by flossing very well, then brush with hydrogen peroxide for a few minutes. Follow that by brushing with regular toothpaste. When I did this i noticed a difference in 3 days. In fact, my teeth got a little too white. Crest white strips have a slightly higher concentration than the regular hydrogen peroxide in a bottle. Don't spend 30-40 dollars for white strips, or hundreds for dental treatments when you can get the same results with a 3 dollar bottle of hydrogen peroxide.

if you use crest whitestrip(they are cheap and effective) it will take a couple of weeks you will first notice a difference in a week...if you what a quicker bleach make an appointment with your hygeinist, she can give you bleaching tray to bring home that might cost a little more money but are more effective in whitening your teeth faster...the fastest in zoom whitening$600, so its pricey but in an hour or two you have dramatic results, whiter and brighter teeth, and only have to wait about an hour...
Reply:If you use Crest strips, the ones they have take 7, 10, or 14 days, you wear 2 sets for 30 mins a day. They have one that takes 5 mins a day and it gradually whitens. Rembrant ones varies. Some until the syringe is gone or strips in 5 or 7 days. The ones from dentist (laser, trays, strips) vary. Good luck!
