Crest white strips work for your front teeth the supreme version is the best it has like 12% peroxide where the premium only has like 3%. They can make your teeth sensitive though. Strips are kind of like painting a fence however they dont get in between the teeth. So the best option is the trays.

Reply:Here is a natural remedy without any harmful chemicals: Lemons. Buy six lemons and slice it like you would an orange. Bite into one and hold it in your mouth like your doing an orange smile. Remember doing those as a kid? Keep it in your mouth as long as you can stand it. Do this for a few days and your teeth will be much much whiter. It's natural and inexpensive!!
