My teeth havenever been "shiny white." I brush my teeth 2 times a day for 3-4 minutes, but it does nothing! Help!!!
How do I get my teeth whiter without getting them bleached?
Brush your teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide or with pure Baking Soda. Also, if you go to a drugstore, if you go to the toothpaste section, you can get over the counter teeth whiters like Crest White strips.
