My best friend in the world whitened his teeth last week. He used bleach, baking soda and ammonia. They looked really white at first, but he's been in the county ER twice.
What do y'all recommend for a home-aid teeth solution?

none! you need to get a solution that is meant for teeth.
try crest white strips.
also to prevent staining, do not smoke, drink red wine, dark sodas, tea or coffee. if you do make sure you brush with a whitening toothpaste immediatly afterwards.
