What would laundry bleach do to teeth?

errr....

What would laundry bleach do to teeth?
GOOD GRIEF! DON'T DO IT! IT'S WAY TOO STRONG AND POISONOUS!
Reply:Damage tooth enamel ...ouch!
Reply:Nothing except possible kill the nerves of your tooth, causing the need for a root canal and possibly eating off some of the enamel b/c it is very acidic. It would probably burn the crap out of your gums and possibly make you sick.
Reply:Burn your gums....Try peroxide for tooth whitening. It's safe.
Reply:Bleach for oral use is especially designed for teeth, laundry bleach is not. Ingesting bleach is toxic and bleach can burn the gums, throat and mouth. It would be very unwise to every place a toxic substance such as bleach in you mouth.
Reply:Burning away enamel and your whole mouth.

Also, if a drop is swallowed, you could be in serious trouble.
Reply:Use baking soda
