It is toxic but it won't kill you. Worst case is over-exposure in that it will modulate your endocrine system and cause your cells to do wierd things, including grow into cancers.





So don't fret if you have already done it. Do not do it again. In fact avoid 'bleaching products' and peroxides all together as they can do the same things.





Use lemon juice on your toothbrush twice a day. Apply via a Q-tip, and sit outside in the hot sun for about 5-minutes to 'process'.





Do this until you reach the desired shade. Do not overdo it or it can eat away at your tooth enamel.

Reply:u should never put bleach like clorax in your mouth. I'd be worried about my insides than it hurting my teeth.
Reply:probably won't harm your teeth but it will eat away at your esohpagous and stomach, killing you....if your looking for a cheap way to whiten your teeth rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide (like mouth wash) DON'T NOT SWOLLOW!!!!....sry the bleach is a dumb idea
