What are the best products for whitening teeth?

I just got my braces off and I want to whiten my teeth up a little. Do all bleach products make your teeth super sensitive? I heard that the bleaching you can get done at the dentist makes your teeth gray after awhile. Is there anything natural I could use? If not, what products do you recommend? Prefferably something inexpensive..Thanks:)

you can use the ARM%26amp;HAMMER toothpaste that is made specially for whitening. it makes your teeth about 3 shades whiter in one tube, but while using that, you can use the crest whitening mouthwash, which works for me.


I also chew the trident gum that whitens your teeth. it'll say that it helps whiten on the front of the package!

Reply:a dentist is the best/fastest way to whiten your teeth. if you are looking for a cheap, old fashioned way, just prush and rinse out your mouth with an equal mixture of water and peroxide.

Reply:Whatever you do don't try those Aquafresh whitening trays. Their expensive and they burn the hell out of your gums. The Arm %26amp; Hameer toothpaste is really good but its not great on taste. I thing the Crest Strips are by far the best.
Reply:what works well for me may work well for you, i use maximum teeth whitening. it gave me whiter teeth results at my convenience. it is affordable and easy to use. this is what my friends recommend me. alas! i have white teeth. it help me gain back confidence.
