What are some ways to whiten your teeth?

I don't want to proffessionally bleach my teeth because it is unhealthy but I want to make my teeth look whiter.


What are some alternatives?


Would it be a good idea to make sure my teeth are white before or after I put my braces in?

What are some ways to whiten your teeth?
take some baking soda and mix some freshly squeezed lemon juice with it. it won't give you professional results but if you brush with it twice daily you will see some change

Reply:Ive read baking soda made into some paste with water before you brush your teeth. I havent tried it yet, but im going to.
