Teeth whitening?

What is the best way to whiten/bleach your teeth? I know you could get them bleached professionally, but do you know of any ways that are less expensive? The fastest? Or the most efficient and work the best? Let me know :)

Teeth whitening?
Using a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda is the safest, cheapest, and easiest way to a whiter smile! In combination with a whitening toothpaste (Try: Crest Expressions!) it'll work even better! Best of luck!
Reply:Colgate Total made my teeth really white.
Reply:crest whitestrips actually work pretty well. they are not to expensive. you can also get professional grade white strips from your dentist. i did and they cost the same as the ones at the store. i only had to use them for a week. i didn't even finish the package.
Reply:agree with the respondent. crest whitening really works. my boss recommend and uses that for patients' treatment.

ps -%26gt; im a dental assistant.
Reply:Crest whitestrips are pretty amazing %26amp; last pretty long.
Reply:I have used Crest Whitening Strips for years and have always been happy with the results. I also use Crest Vivid White tooth paste for both day and night. This helps boost the color if you are between whitening or even it out while you are using the strips. I also suggest buying an electric tooth brush, this will help naturally whiten your teeth and keep them this way. Hope I helped!
