One type is where they make custom trays that fit to your teeth perfectly and they give you a gel (such as opalescence) to put in the trays to wear for a couple of hours at a time. There is also another type that uses a combination of the gel and then the use of a laser (such as Zoom or BriteSmile or LaserSmile). This is a lot quicker and more effective than the first method of just using the bleaching gel, but its more expensive.

Reply:There are differnet methods of tooth whitening, there is Zoom, which I highly reccomend. Ive seen it cost anywhere from 300-800$ possibly a little more depending on the office. You'll get the best results with this method.
