I have used Crest Premium Whitestrips and found they worked really well, though I did have sensitivity to it a little bit.





However, before ever using teeth bleaching kits, you always must check with your dentist first.
Reply:i agree crest whitestrips work well...but you do not need to ask your dentist first...just use it..sensitivity is a side effect(not for everyone)..just use sensodine toothpaste to get rid of sensitivity(use the whole tube) and enjoy whiter teeth..good luck:)
Reply:No but all i know is they dont look good and they look fake. Oh yeah and when you bleach or whiten your teeth will become more sensitive
Reply:if your teeth don't look too yellow or grey then don't do anything, u could have problems later like gum recession or sensitivity. crest strips r ok cuz they r not too strong.
Reply:With any whitening system, sensitivity. If you use the strips, not brushing before, skip a day or wearing the top/bottom separately helps. Also allowing more time before the next sets. Instead of doing the sets back to back, do one in the morning and another at night. If you get a professional whitening, they may prescribe something to ease the pain of it. But it does subside in a few days or when as you continue the system. =)
Reply:I have bleached my teeth. It works very well. The only bad thing is it will make your teeth sensitive. You should buy some toothpaste for sensitive teeth and use it for 2 weeks before you bleach and continue to use it while you are bleaching and that will help put with the sensitivity.
