I was told that cleaning ofen damages the natural enamel.
What is better ? to have a white sparkling teeth, to bleach or to clean ,?
Too much of anything isn't good. Have your teeth cleaned every six months, more if you are on a more frequent recall. Bleach your teeth once (either by your dentist or a at home kit) alternate whitening toothpastes monthly and do bleach touch ups once a year. That is My RX: for pearly whites!!!! we also recommend this to our patients.
To much abrasive cleaning %26amp; toothpastes can cause enamel wear.
Reply:All of the above
Reply:I just read somewhere that bleaching products apparently often do not do the trick. Instead, the article recommended to have them cleaned at a dentist's (which costs, of course).
Reply:have them cleaned at the dentist's
Reply:it's better to ask your dentist
Reply:If you want to whiten your teeth once for something special, then have them bleached, but for anything on a regular basis go with a cleaning and use a whitening toothpaste in between cleanings. Bleaching will damage your teeth more than cleaning will, and a cleaning done by a licensed professional dentist will cause no more damage to your enamel than brushing will.
Reply:bleach them.
Reply:first of all stop eating and drinking dirty things and then go by advise of lady x
Reply:Bleaching and cleaning. But dont bleach too frequently.
