White teeth?

Can anyone help me? I want to find a way to whiten my teeth without using bleaching or strips. Stuff that I can do at home, with stuff thats easy to find, preferably somethings i can find in my home?? Any suggestions?

White teeth?
Do not use bleaching as it can cause sensitivity to your teeth. instead squeeze afew drops of fresh lemon juice on a cotton and gently rub it over your teeth, repeat this process twice a week and you will see amazing results.

also another home made remedy is to crush a coal and mix with salt and wash your teeth with it, but the lemon idea is easier. so good luck
Reply:PEROXIDE - sounds gross and is gross bt it works. or even baking soda. both are top ingredients in whitening toothpaste.
Reply:I personally have never heard of any home remedies for bleaching/whitening teeth... but I do know that buying the stuff over the counter (Crest whtie strips, Rembrant, ect.) work very well, if not just as good as the stuff the dentists office will give you-- and it costs A LOT less.

Whitening your teeth will have varied results for different people also... what may work for one person's shade, may not work for another's. If you have dark stains, or very yellow teeth, don't expect your teeth to turn out movie star white when you are done. The bleaching typically will only lighten your teeth by a few shades.

Best of luck to you, and make sure if you do buy a product- follow the directions WORD for WORD to get the best results :)
Reply:Instead of trying to make your teeth whiter, try making it less yellow or dark! Like for example, try cutting back on coffee, tea, or cigarettes, which all make your teeth less white. Buy some toothpaste that has whitening power on it. Chew some whitening gum!
