What caffinated drinks do not stain your teeth?

I just started to bleach my teeth which means I can't have anything that may stain them i.e. coffee, tea, dark soda. The lack of caffine is killing me. What about energy drinks?

What caffinated drinks do not stain your teeth?
If you can manage it, I'd keep off them. Most of these drinks can be highly acidic. Bleaching causes sensitivity and acidic drinks will make it worse. Try drinking lots of mineral water.

Also, a dietician told me ages ago that its possible to get the same energy boost from an apple in the morning as it is a cup of coffee. If not, like Dr Sam said, I think you can get caffinated water, I'm sure I've seen that somewhere too.
Reply:The ones which don't have caramel coloring, Sprite, Sierra Mist, those.
Reply:the carbonated drinks often contain acids that will erode your tooth enamel. try water.
Reply:MOUNTAIN DEW HAS A HIGH CAFFEINE CONTENT W/O STAINING LIKE COLAS.
Reply:I've even seen caffeinated water... I forget what brand it is, but it's in the refrigerator at 7-11 stores and so on.
Reply:DIET MT. DEW: THE DRINK OF CHAMPIONS!

(sorry, but I love Diet Mt. Dew)
Reply:you can have energy drinks as long as they are clear drinks not dark like cola , you should also only eat white food no gravy or things like that x
