White marks on teeth?

Hi I have white kinda marks on my teeth and I was just wondering what this is down to and how I can get rid of it. Thankyou p.s if i would have to bleach my teeth then how much would it cost? I am 15 years old so obviously I can't get that done but just so I know for future reference or if I save my money up.

White marks on teeth?
How much floride are you using? What is your diet like. Is the water you drink heavily florinated?Do not bleach your teeth they are under enough stress already. Start doing your body a favor by eating foods that do not come in a bag, in a can, fizz, pop or are cooked in a zapper.Eat a 20% cooked and 80% diet of fresh fruits and veggy. This will assist in detoxing your bowels that are inpacted with "crud" ( you will notice a reduction in celulite and over all bloating and if you have a weight issue you will loose weight) You will have more energy, clearer thoughts, better health as the microwaves shut down your immunme system. The more water that you can drink the better. If tap water is all you can get then let it sit out for 24 hours before drinking it so the chlorine and floride can disapate. Stay away from floride period. Do not drink reverse osmosis water as this has a positive charge electronicly and when you consume it ,it will strip your body negitive ions that your boddy needs. The same goes for distilled water and water that goes through ultraviolet treatment. buy "cell food" at your health food store and add about 15-20 drops per gallon/2 liter. Go to a naturapath and ask for their assistance.

To round this out get some excercise walk for 20-300 minutes daily miniumum. There is a lot more you can do but ICAN ONLY GIVE YOU SO MUCH INFORMATION FOR YOU, YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR YOUR LIFE. (OOps the caps lock aws on , big fingers)

Most of all have fun and research for your self. floridosis- is what you what to look up in a search.
Reply:brilliant white teeth are unhealthy.. healthier teeth have a tint of yellow.... plus if u just brush ur teeth child then ul be fine!
Reply:Aren't teeth supposed to be white all over?
Reply:could be lack of calcium, drink more milk and eat cheese.
Reply:i have them too, my dentist told me they are calcium deposits, they wont go away, the only thing you can do is to bleach all your teeth so that the appearance of them is not so noticeable. The cost completly depends on where you go, talk to you dentist.
Reply:My dentist told me it's plaques or something, you have to brush better i think.
Reply:you may have scard (dont know how to spell the damn word, sorry if i confused you) your teeth

basically you may have scard your teeth!!!
Reply:you can't really get rid of them. its from calcium, like white bubbles under your finger nails. however your nails grow faster than your teeth, so they grow out, the teeth ones will not though. its best to bleach your teeth to match the white spots. you don;t have to pay a dentist to do this. just buy a box of crest white strips, the regular original ones that take 14 day are the best and will wield the best results.
Reply:OMG!!! when i were younger i had white iles on my teeth(that's what theu were refered to as)!! My dentist said it's just lack of clacium.... p.s dont worrie you wont have them for life.....hehe...but they dont dissapear over night!
Reply:You can't get them bleached but you can get whitener strips at the store. I have one on my front tooth, and it's been there for a while now, and whitening strips should help.
Reply:When a white spot has been on a tooth that long, it was probably caused while you were in your mother's belly or when you were a small baby. They are typically the result of a fever. They do not go away and are very common. If the spot is on your front tooth and you are self conscious (sp) about it, your best bet is cosmetic dentistry. ie veneers, crowns

I say all this assuming that you get your teeth cleaned regularly. Because if you do, it will remove the calcium deposits that generally accumulate around the gums.
Reply:Here is a free sample for crest white strips: http://topherreimroc.com/WhiteStrips

I noticed results as soon as I started using them, and by the end my teeth were completely white.
