I am not able to have a dentist so i was wondering what i can do about my teeth being real yellow. I dont neglect them just obviously havent cared for them properly but anyway what really effective ways are out there that would maybe help me out? thanks!
Can you apply yhe regular bleach to your teeth to make them whiter or is there a really effective alternate...
No no no you would do yourself serious harm putting bleach on your teeth read the bottle.
You could try whitening strips or pay to have them professionally whitened.
Some people say strawberries help to whiten the teeth.
Do a google and see what other tips there are but under no circumstances put bleach anywhere near you face never mind your mouth.

By the way if your female avoid peach/brown or orange lipstick as they make the teeth appear yellow use red shades.

Reply:try using crest whitening strips i hear they work wonders, but using regular bleach could be bad, if you swallow any or it touches anything but your teeth that could be bad news, it might wear off your enamel too so i suggest not.
Reply:Do not use bleach whatever you do! I can't stress that enough! Don't!!!!! You should avoid caffeine or put more milk in your tea or coffee, try brushing them with baking soda. Its cheap and won't harm them like bleach! You can also buy cheap kits from pharmacy, that will bleach them for you.

Just go get them whitened at your dentist`s office,
or use Crest White Strips. :]
